Stupid Dummy is a veteran- and family-owned apparel company proudly based in Lakeland, Florida. Our brand is rooted in our Marine Corps background, and even the dog in our logo is more than just a mascot — he’s the actual service dog of one of our owners.

We created Stupid Dummy to represent the strength, pride, and humor of active-duty Marines — both men and women — as well as the families who stand behind them. But we didn’t stop there. Life has many sides, so our brand has multiple lines that reflect different parts of our day-to-day world — from tough and tactical to funny and unapologetically bold.

This isn’t a sensitive, watered-down brand. It’s built for the few, the proud, and everyone in between — packed with sass, strength, resilience, and dark humor. Wear it proudly and let it speak for you.

You’re probably wondering where the name Stupid Dummy Co came from — and no, it’s not a random choice.

It’s actually a tribute to our mom, who recently passed away and is now watching over us. Growing up, one of our favorite things to do was make her laugh. Whenever we were being goofy or doing something ridiculous just to get a reaction, she’d crack up and call us her “stupid dummy.”

It became an inside joke… something that always brought joy to all of us.

So when it came time to choose a name for our company, we knew we wanted something meaningful — something that carried her spirit, humor, and the memories of those moments. Stupid Dummy Co may sound funny to some, but to us it’s a reminder of love, laughter, and family.

This brand is not just apparel — it’s our way of honoring her and keeping that laughter alive.

As we mentioned in our About Us, the dog in our logo is an actual service dog owned by one of the founders. He’s an all-white red nose pitbull — incredibly sweet, loyal, and absolutely loved by our family. It only made sense to make him our mascot.

We have a deep love for pitbulls and plan to launch a dedicated pitbull line in the future. Just like military families and veterans, pitbulls are often misunderstood — but they’re kind, gentle, and simply want love and connection.
